Are you driven, energetic, confident, and naturally good with people?
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our Paint Protection Film (PPF) business.
You won’t be chasing cold leads all day. We bring the leads to you. Your job is to connect with interested customers, build relationships, get them into the shop, and close the sale.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up with warm marketing leads.
- Connect with customers by phone, text, DM, and web forms.
- Book appointments and bring customers into the shop.
- Present PPF, Vinyl, Tint and other service options and confidently close sales.
- Track and Follow up on opportunities to hit sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Upsell additional services and/or packages.
- Manage the CRM/lead tracker.
What You Bring:
- Sales experience – or a natural talent for selling.
- Confident, outgoing, and results-driven personality.
- Strong communication and follow up skills.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable asking for the sale.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solution.
- Automotive or PPF experience is an asset, but not required.
