MK Auto Group – CARSTAR High River is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us in a unique hybrid role! This full-time position combines hands-on vehicle detailing (0.5 FTE) with parts coordination responsibilities (0.5 FTE).

What You’ll Do:
Auto Detailer (0.5 FTE):
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to pre- and post-repair standards.
- Clean, polish, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
- Conduct final quality checks before release.
- Maintain a clean and organized detailing area.
- Support production team with vehicle movement as needed.
Auto Parts Coordinator (0.5 FTE):
- Order, receive, and verify automotive parts.
- Match parts to repair orders for accuracy.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and returns.
- Track backorders and ensure timely delivery to avoid production delays.
- Organize and label parts efficiently within the shop.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in auto detailing and/or parts coordination preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and shift between physical and administrative duties
- Basic computer skills (estimating systems experience an asset)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
